I have a story that I really want to get out there.. (Anthony knows the one) but I'm tired of reworking this script. I am an artist NOT a writer and could use some help...

Had another writer lined up to help but the more we talked the more it morphed into a totally separate project that we've decided to persue. But, I don't want to abandon this completely...

I'm looking for some help cleaning it up.
So far I have the synopsis,a pretty rough framework in the bag as well as the characters, story arc, etc.. Just need some additional help with the details and especially writing script that doesn't sound forced. Someone who can take a story and breaking it down into a script format with dialogue, etc. Oh, and this is a web comic and needs to be broken down into 1 page scenes that stand alone and yet work within the story.
What's in it for me?
I'm not willing to do a % of backend profits because there is NEVER a backend profit. I'd prefer to trade skills (I'll do art for your project if you do some writing for mine) + copies (see below)... but will also consider a reasonable flat rate. FYI I've gotten burned by someone who took the cash & didn't deliver anything but excuses so keep that in mind. It's a webcomic and I want it to be fun and something we can show off later.

The plan is to break this into 2 volumes. At the end of each volume I'll format, create a cover + some additional material and offer the book for sale online/at conventions.
