Its your level of access in the forum I believe.

hehe.. having set up a few forums, I think it's just the filler text. Whomever set it up probably forgot to take it out.

Level 1 is usually your main categories ie "Comic Chat"
Level 2 would be your sub categories ie "Comic Chat>>DC Comics"
Level 3 would be your sub-sub "Comic Chat>>DC Comics>>Vertigo"
etc... down to your individual threads where the actual chatting takes place.

Not a biggie... If any of the admins have access, you might wanna just go in and replace the text with some "welcome to the forums" type text.
